Thank you for being patient with the Board, which has four new members. We are all working hard to get everyone up to speed on all responsibilities.

Regarding the vote to rescind the motion dated June 13, 2019, concerning liens and foreclosures…it was brought to our attention that Hawaii Revised Statute 421J, as well as the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, preclude the action taken in the original motion dated May 9, 2019.

In order to be in compliance with State and Federal Laws, we rescinded the motion.
