Kalapana Seaview Estates Community Association — Your Community, Your Home
Kalapana Seaview is a vibrant coastal subdivision on Hawaiʻi Island, established in the mid‐1970s across the
dramatic landscape of a 1955 lava flow. Originally a small rural neighborhood settled by artists and agricultural
families, the area—now simply known as Seaview—has grown into a diverse, welcoming community that offers
something for everyone.
Private Neighborhood Parks
Within the subdivision are three beautiful parks, collectively owned by Seaview homeowners and maintained
by the community association.
● Oceanfront Park — A two‐acre coastal lawn framed by coconut trees, offering picturesque views and a
peaceful place to relax, gather, and enjoy paradise.
● Pavilion Park — Features a covered pavilion and a dedicated children’s play area, making it a favorite
spot for families.
● Upper Park — A spacious, well‐kept open field ideal for casual games or simply soaking up the
sunshine with neighbors.
