KSECA is now accepting bids for five key service contracts, plus a special financial audit engagement. We’re seeking qualified contractors for Landscaping, Coconut Tree Maintenance, Fire Ant Treatment, Website Management, and Bookkeeping services.

We’re also issuing a Request for Proposals for a comprehensive financial statement audit to bring KSECA into full compliance with our bylaws. This is a special engagement to audit multiple fiscal years (2020, 2022, 2024, with an optional 2026 component).

If you know someone who would be excellent for any of these roles, please share these RFPs. We welcome bids from both community members and outside contractors. Current contractors are welcome and encouraged to submit proposals—all bids will be evaluated on the same criteria regardless of incumbent status. For the audit position, we’re specifically seeking CPAs with experience auditing homeowner associations and non-profit entities.

Please note: Due to time constraints from this year’s late Annual General Meeting, the Board is making a one-time exception to our standard 30-day bidding period as outlined in Board policies. All proposals are due by 12 pm on June 24, 2026. Detailed specifications and contract terms are included in the RFPs.
