The Kalapana Seaview Estates Subdivision (KSE) was established in 1971 on about 170 acres of land. The Kalapana Seaview Estates Community Association (KSECA) was incorporated in the State of Hawaii on June 10, 1991 and membership is comprised of all legal landowners of KSE. KSECA is primarily responsible for maintenance of our three commonly owned parks, paying of all property taxes for the parks, maintaining liability insurance for the parks, and the day to day business of operating the association including the collection of annual dues. The responsibilities are carried out by the KSECA Board of Directors which consists of seven members that are elected at the Annual General Meeting held each April.The Board holds regular monthly board meetings where business is conducted and resident concerns may be voiced.
