KSECA Calendar Use
Board Events
The calendar displays all official Board meetings and key dates related to association business.
Pavilion reservations also appear here; however, these entries only indicate that the Pavilion has been reserved.
They do not imply Board sponsorship, endorsement, or involvement in the event or the views or actions of its hosts.
Non‐Board Events
● Private Events — Invite‐only gatherings. Please respect the host’s privacy and allow them full use of their
reserved space.
● Public Events — Open to all homeowners without an invitation. Attendance may be limited based on capacity.
● Community Events — Open to all neighborhood residents. These are typically informational sessions
such as emergency‐preparedness meetings or Neighborhood Watch gatherings.
