NOTICE: SEAVIEW LAWN IS NO LONGER OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

This park/lawn is private property of Kalapana Seaview Estates Community Association. It has come to the attention of the KSECA Association that all public presence and gatherings at the “lawn” violate the codes of the County of Hawaii and State of Hawaii. Specifically, the events are unpermitted and do not comply with state and local laws and as such do not fall within the guidelines and bylaws of our association. As a result, we are sorry to say that the public will no longer be permitted in our parks and lawn. All violators will be asked to leave and their Vehicles will be towed at the owners expense. Any continued presence after a person is asked to leave the premises will be considered trespass and legal actions will be taken against trespassers. Thank you. – KSECA BOARD
